Jeffrey Poloni

Jeff is responsible for developing strategic direction and incorporating best practices into the thermal plant maintenance, overhaul and materials management efforts for Rocky Mountain Power in support of all thermal plant based maintenance and maintenance planning organizations. Additionally, he is responsible for developing and managing maintenance and material management policies, procedures, standards and metrics, and responsible for monitoring and tracking key performance indicators developed for the fleet aimed at evaluating the overall performance of the work management system. Jeff completed his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Utah State University and studied Mining Engineering at the University of Utah. He also attained certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt through the Six Sigma Academy in Scottsdale, Arizona
