Julie Leavitt is the Director of Administrative Services at the Rocky Mountain Power, Hunter Plant located near Castle Dale, Utah and has been employed in the utility industry for over 19 years. Julie has been instrumental in developing an overhaul best practices methodology which is utilized throughout the Rocky Mountain Power Thermal Generation fleet. Julie has lead and participated in roundtable discussions with her counterparts within PacifiCorp to further promote an overhaul cost tracking best practice policy. Julie completed her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and received her Master’s Degree in Business Information Systems from Utah State University.
